ALL ORDERS REQUIRE DIRECT SIGNATURE. OUR COURIER WILL MAKE 3 ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE. AFTER THE 3RD UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT, THE PACKAGE WILL BE SENT BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL IF NO REFUND IS REQUESTED WITHIN THE FOURTEEN (14) DAY PERIOD AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR REZA PURCHASE FROM US.

PLEASE NOTE, ALL BESPOKE, ALTERED, PERSONALIZED OR SPECIALLY RESIZED PIECES ARE FINAL SALE, AND NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE HONORED.

AS A COURTESY, RETURN SHIPPING FROM THE U.S. IS COMPLIMENTARY AND COLLECTION OF THE ITEM(S) WILL BE ARRANGED BY REZA VIA OUR PREFERRED LOGISTICS PARTNER. 

ONCE REZA VERIFIES THAT RETURN ITEM(S) SATISFY THE CONDITIONS OF THE REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY, THE APPLICABLE REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE HONORED.

ORIGINAL REZA MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN A NEW AND UNUSED STATE, IN PERFECT CONDITION, WITH ALL PROTECTIVE MATERIALS IN PLACE AND, IF APPLICABLE, ALL TAGS AND STICKERS ATTACHED, AS WELL AS ENCLOSED IN THE ORIGINAL REZA BOX AND DELIVERY PACKAGE, INCLUDING ALL ACCESSORIES AND DOCUMENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN IF THE PRODUCT(S) SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR OR HAS BEEN USED OR ALTERED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION IN ANY WAY OR, ALTERNATIVELY, MAY REDUCE THE AMOUNT REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED, ACCORDINGLY.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED COMPLIMENTARY ANCILLARY ITEMS AS PART OF YOUR ORDER, THESE MUST BE RETURNED WITH YOUR REZA PURCHASE(S) AS WELL.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO STRICT QUALITY CONTROL (“QC”) BY REZA TO ENSURE THAT RETURNED PRODUCTS SATISFY THESE REQUIREMENTS. IF THE ITEM(S) DO NOT MEET QC STANDARDS, REZA WILL REFUSE THE RETURN AND THE PURCHASE(S) WILL BE REDELIVERED TO THE CLIENT. IF THE RETURNED PRODUCT(S) SATISFY QC, REZA WILL PROCEED WITH THE APPLICABLE REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE WILL ENTITLE REZA TO REFUSE AND RETURN THE ITEM(S) TO THE CLIENT AT HIS OR HER OWN COST.

ONLY THE CLIENT WILL BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE A REFUND OF THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE, PROVIDED THE RETURNS PROCESS BEGINS WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE ITEM(S).

UPON DETERMINATION THAT THE ITEM(S) ADHERE TO OUR CONDITIONS OF RETURN POLICY (SEE ABOVE), REZA WILL PROVIDE THE CLIENT WITH A REFUND USING THE SAME MEANS OF PAYMENT AS FOR THE INITIAL TRANSACTION.
